COVID-19 Update

With the Omicron virus surge, our courier partners are experiencing increased volume with a shortage of staff as most people are isolating to ensure we keep the community safe.

As the current COVID wave continues, we expect that more of our partners operational teams will need to isolate, resulting in unavoidable delays in freight movements and deliveries.

We are doing our best to respond to all enquiries and make sure all packages are delivered as promptly as they can be under the current conditions.

Allied Express Christmas Delivery

For those looking to have orders fulfilled in time for Christmas day, Allied Express has released their Christmas Cut off dates to help us get organised.

No Printer, no worries! You can now book shipments without a label.
11th November 2021

We recently launched a feature allowing you to book a shipment without the need to print labels.

To book a shipment without a shipping label, navigate to our quote form, input the shipping address, enter the weight and dimensions of your package, and proceed to the next screen. Fast Courier will provide you with a list of courier services to choose from. Select your preferred courier on the courier quoting page then navigate to the shipment details page.

On the shipment details page simply enter all requested info then select the 'I do NOT have a printer to print my labels' option

TNT and FEDEX Industrial Action

Potential industrial actions expected from TNT and FEDEX staff on the 30th of September. All collection on the 30th will be cancelled.

TNT Erskine park depot has reopened after a COVID outbreak last week.

Services will be limited to essential goods and medical supplies. There will be delays to collections and delivery so please allow up to 3 business days for deliveries/collections within this LGA.
